Can I change plans mid-month?

Absolutely. If you're on Getting Started and realize you need more firepower, we'll upgrade you immediately. Same goes the other way. We don't lock you into anything. And if you need to pause? We get it. Life happens.

How long before we see actual results?

Honest answer? SEO isn't a light switch. You're usually looking at 8-16 weeks before meaningful traffic improvement. But we'll show you wins earlier — better rankings for longer-tail searches, more impressions in Google Search Console. The big traffic spikes? They come, just not overnight.

What if I'm not happy after 60 days?

We'll refund your last month. No questions. We want to work with people who believe in what we're doing. That said, we've only had three refund requests in 47 months. So either we're really good, or we're really good at picking clients. Probably both.

Do you have contracts or setup fees?

Nope. One-month minimum, then month-to-month. There's a small onboarding fee ($400-600 depending on your site mess factor) to get analytics running, competitors mapped out, and your keyword strategy locked in. But no long-term lock-in nonsense.
